Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 85po platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
To use the 85po platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- A Malaysian citizen or lawful resident located in an area where such activities are permitted under applicable local law.
- Not appearing on any self-exclusion or gambling exclusion list maintained by any Malaysian statutory body.
- Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
85po reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any time. Users who fail to meet eligibility requirements or who provide false information may have their account suspended or closed without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 85po. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances therein forfeited. When registering, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, and any other requested details accurately and truthfully.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your 85po account password confidential. 85po will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. 85po will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account.
You agree not to share your account, transfer it to another party, or allow anyone else to access it. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not it was performed by a third party with or without your knowledge.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
All 85po users must comply with the following rules when using the platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play or conduct transactions.
- Conducting money laundering activities through the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system.
- Providing false information or impersonating another person.
- Playing for personal entertainment purposes only.
- Making deposits and withdrawals via the available payment methods.
- Contacting customer support for legitimate assistance.
- Using promotions in accordance with the stated conditions.
- Accessing the platform from your own personal device.
85po reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including withholding payments while an investigation is ongoing.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 85po platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of payment methods including FPX, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page. 85po is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment provider systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to twenty-four hours depending on the chosen method. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same verified user. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
Users may be required to submit identity verification documents (such as a MyKad) before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure to protect user accounts.
85po reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other activities that violate platform policies or applicable Malaysian law.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
85po reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may not be entitled to recover any remaining balance, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Valid balances will be returned in accordance with the standard process once all conditions have been met.
Limitation of Liability
85po is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control. 85po's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the active deposit held in that user's account.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, and software on the 85po platform are the exclusive property of 85po or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 85po.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

The 85po platform may contain links or integrations with third-party payment service providers. 85po is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Changes to Terms
85po reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via in-account notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 85po platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to Malaysian courts should the dispute fail to be settled voluntarily.
